  • New option “Cancel ‘completed’ status” when automatically assigning an email to a ticket
  • Extended info display in the user portal: Content is displayed including links and attachments
  • Further optimizations:
    • Time recording on the web with date selection
    • Task processing: automatic status change of the ticket to “in progress”
    • Template dialog on the web
